How much does a cleaning service cost?

Our pricing depends on the type of cleaning, the size and condition of your property, and any extra tasks you require. We provide a clear, upfront quote before every job so you know exactly what to expect with no hidden costs.

What is included in a clean?

Inclusions depend on the specific package you book. We offer regular home cleans, one-off deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, window cleaning, and lawn mowing. You can also request specific add-ons like oven or fridge detailing.

Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?

No, we bring our own standard cleaning products and professional gear, so you do not need to supply a thing. If you prefer specific or eco-friendly products, or have sensitive surfaces, simply let us know when booking and we will accommodate your preferences.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. As long as you are comfortable providing access via a key lockbox, code, or prior handover, we can complete the clean while you are away. We will always confirm secure access and lock-up arrangements with you beforehand.

How do you handle friendly pets on the property?

We are delighted to work around friendly cats and dogs! We treat family pets with care and respect. For safety reasons, we may kindly ask that overly excitable or anxious pets are kept in a secure room or outdoor area while we work.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand that schedules change. If you need to postpone or reschedule your booking, please reach out to us as early as possible and our Christchurch team will gladly help you find a suitable alternative time.

What if an end-of-tenancy inspection flags an issue?

We strive to meet tenancy inspection standards with attention to detail. If your landlord or property manager notes an issue with an item included in your agreed service, notify us promptly. We will review the matter and arrange a return visit to resolve it.
